Camera Dolly on Grass?
I need to record Certain scenes on grass when two people are walking towards the camera. If I purchase this dolly will http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tripod-Professional-Camera-Lighting-Quality/dp/B00112B9C4 I be able to film scenes with the smooth dolly moving backwards on grass while the two actors move towards camera? Thanks!
That would most likely depend on the quality of the grass below the dolly, not the dolly itself, would help Although bigger wheels roll over some small bumps, i have found that in cases like this it is really important to find a really well-manicured lawn wide-open to film on.
